Our labrador retriever puppies are guaranteed to be healthy upon delivery in person to you or upon arrival to you if shipped.  Each puppy will have been dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks with Nemex-2, and given their first set of puppy shots at 6 weeks, which include Fort Dodge Duramune Max5-CvK vaccine for the following:  Canine Distemper, Adenovirus Type 2, Coronavirus, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus.

You are to have your puppy examined by your veterinarian within 72 hours of receipt of the puppy for a check up and evaluation.  If within 72 hours your veterinarian finds the puppy to have a life-threatening defect, you may return the puppy to us with the AKC registration information you received when you picked up the puppy, and receive a different puppy from the same or future litter, or you may return the puppy to us with the AKC registration information you received when you picked up the puppy, and receive a full refund of your purchase price, not including any shipping, travel, or veterinarian costs.

We strive to produce the finest Labrador Retrievers in temperament and conformation that is possible.  We have done extensive research on our breeding stock and are doing our best to reduce the occurrence of hereditary defects.  All puppies are sold as pets.  Each labrador retriever puppy is guaranteed to be free from any hereditary hip dysplasia for two years to the original purchaser.  If your puppy is diagnosed with hereditary hip dysplasia (non-injury and non-unilateral) from the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals within the first two years of life, you would need to send a copy of all medical records showing that you have kept all shots and medical treatment current, there will need to be a statement from a OFA veterinarian stating the health problem (we reserve the right to obtain a second opinion), the AKC registration papers would need to be released to us, along with the puppy, and then Bullis Lake Labradors will replace the puppy.  Bullis Lake Labradors will not pay any medical bills, shipping, or travel expenses.

Our Health Guarantee does not cover any veterinarian costs, diagnostic costs, medical bills, transportation, or training costs.

If in the future your life situation changes and you can no longer keep the labrador puppy you purchased from us, we ask that you contact us so we can assist you in trying to find a suitable new home for your labrador retriever.  We sometimes receive calls from people interested in an adult dog.
